“In the past, most people at first glance would think I looked healthy.  That assessment couldn’t have been further from the truth.  It wasn’t until I was out of breath just climbing the stairs did I seek out professional assistance.  That is when I was blessed to make the acquaintance of Beth Rzendzian.  After several sessions with Beth, not only could I walk the stairs but would take them two at a time!  I began to see muscle definition and continued my quest with Beth to reduce fat and increase muscle.  Beth was of critical importance for my new mission by constantly introducing a new workout with every session incorporating core and agility moves.  As a 34-year-old mother of two, I had never felt so physically fit and able to not only keep up with my kids but also now outlast them!It is her warm, caring way of motivating you through a challenging workout that makes the finish that much more satisfying.  She has helped push me more than I ever would on my own and does it in a way that I feel as though I don’t want to let her down, but most importantly not let myself down.   She motivates you to exceed your expectations because she believes in you and makes you realize that you are worth it.Thanks to Beth, I have not only witnessed my own physical transformation into a fitter, healthier person (back into my skinny jeans) but continuously make healthy choices on a daily basis.  I lost 5% body fat (8.67 lb) and gained 8.68 pounds of hard lean muscle and continue to keep it off for over a year!”
