Mr. Enthusiasm – Making The Connection – Professional Speaker, Key Note  Speaker, & EMCEE

Speaking Topic: EMCEE – “Learning to Promote You, Express Yourself Enthusiastically”

From the 3rd grade to 7th grade, my brothers and I were in and out of foster homes. My decisions started while in high school. In ninth grade, my Latin teacher, Vera Self told me I could be a teacher, specifically a Latin teacher. I ignored her valuable information. I was from a poor family and did not think I was smart enough to go to college. I told no one. After high school I entered the Air Force. I was very successful and was discharged (after 3 years/ 10 months) as a Staff Sergeant (E-5).

In 1980, after working for the State of Michigan for eight years as a computer operations supervisor (6 years) and a data systems analyst (2 years), I made a decision to leave my government job. I went from being an employee to being an entrepreneur – and failed miserably. For the next 10 years I had over 30 jobs and lived in seventeen different places. I was searching and did not know what I was searching for. In 1982, I met my mentor, Walt Reynolds. WWalt, introduced me to personal development, specifically READING. Throughout the next several years, he helped me discover my mission. Through the next several years, he helped me discover my mission.

On one particular day in 1992, travelling to Borders’s book store in Novi, we created my mission statement:  To help people discover the truth about their extraordinary capabilities and create the abundant life they deserve in spirit, mind and body. That is it. We have the seeds of greatness, now let’s bloom where we are planted.

In the 90’s I began my career as a speaker. It is enjoyable to share ideas with others that can help them create what they want.  In 1994 and 1995, I spoke in high schools. My speaking has included work with: All State, Taco Bell, Citizen’s Bank, Troy Public Library, Garrow Loftis Real Estate, Davenport University, ITT Technical Institute (Troy), Rotary, Kiwanis, Optimist Clubs, Career Alliance, Community Education  and several other groups.

I am the promoter of three books: Think On Your Feet, Integrity, and The Vision of Habakkuk.

Beth Rzendzian, BS, CPT, CNS

Owner, Degreed and Certified Personal Trianer, Certified Nutrition Specialists & Wellness Coach – EverFit Personal Training, LLC

Speaking Topic: “Strength Based Goals Setting – Physical Wellness”

Beth Rzendzian (zain-john) has been working the fitness industry since 2005 after graduating with Honors from Michigan State University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science.  Beth’s certifications in Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise, Nutrition Specialist from the AASDN, and Wellness Coaching through Mayo Clinic show her well rounded approach to coaching clients on topics of weight loss, health, and wellbeing.

Born and raised in Howell Michigan, Beth was involved in sports from 3rd grade onward, Freshmen and JV volleyball, 1st doubles and singles tennis, long jump and 200 meter dash were among her many pursuits, but Basketball was her number one sport.  She participated in AAU travel Basketball teams and excelled on her teams.  This was until 10th grade when  Beth tore her ACL (ligament in the knee) plus meniscus.  This event was a turning point in Beth’s life.  This was when she discovered her fascination with Physical Therapy and corrective exercise which inspired her to go to college for her Kinesiology and Exercise Science Degree and later pursue her career as a certified personal trainer and entrepreneur as owner of EverFit Personal Training LLC.

Beth started her business EverFit Personal Training in the summer of 2007 after training at several gyms and in-homes for various local companies.

EverFit’s mission is to provide quality fitness programs that empower, transform, and create strong, healthy, and balanced bodies for life.

Beth’s passion lies in weight loss,  exercise correction, and wellness coaching.  She believes that one cannot loose weight and transform their lives for the long term without really improving upon all areas of wellness.  Her clients determine what is most important area of wellness for them to focus on first and then each step and accomplishment leads to the next goal and a total transformation.  Coaching is a way she really connects with and empowers her clients.   Each client can succeed and is in control of his or her life.  Beth’s clients often just need the accountability, hope, motivation, and someone to help with the connection between goals, values, and desires.

What makes Beth’s business unique is that Beth spends time looking for those areas of imbalance in both body and wellness and  helps to develop a program that involves tools and techniques that will help correct those imbalances while also addressing and meeting her clients individual goals.

Over and over again Beth observes  trainers enter the field that have little knowledge on how the body works and ultimately build programs that might help a person lose weight but programs are often generic and do not address movement imbalances in the body.  This results in people overcompensating and having chronic issues later.    Beth strives for quality in her training approach with superior customer service.   She strives to have EverFit be a business that the community looks to for expertise, advice, and knowledge.

Beth works personal training all age groups in- homes & at Hamburg Fitness Center (HFCC) in Brighton.   Wellness coaching appointments often take place anywhere at HFCC, on-line video chat, at the Brighton Library, local parks, coffee shops, or in-home.
